Before becoming a massage therapist, I yearned for a job that spoke to me on a personal level, where I could have passion for my work and contribute to the community. As with most things, the best lessons are learned through hardship. I experienced a double fracture on my right foot and, working alongside Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Personal Trainers, Nutritionists and an Ayurvedic expert, I was able to really grasp the kind of homework required to achieve real wellness. It took a village of mentors to help me understand that people can in fact ‘get better’, no matter the age.
I graduated from Florida College of Natural Health in 2010 with 7500 hours of educational training. My specializations include Orthopedic massage, and I am committed to furthering my professional education via hands-on skill building experiences with other Master Bodyworkers.
With these experiences in mind, my goal is to create a space where I can impart what life has taught me and integrate that into the services I offer. What you get is a bodywork experience that is thoughtful and fully personalized to help you along your days, and create a safe space where you can let go and unwind from the daily grind.
